2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account at Ji88, the following conditions must be met:

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each member may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, Ji88 may immediately close all of them and reserves the right to forfeit the balances held in those accounts.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Ji88 will never ask for your password via Live Chat or phone – if you receive such a request, contact Support immediately.

2.4 KYC Verification

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please carefully review the odds, stake amount, and match details before confirming your bet.

5.2 Match Cancelled or Abandoned

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• Once a match has started, results may be deemed valid after a specified number of overs or a set period of time – this varies depending on the sport.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already placed will remain valid.

5.3 Odds Changes

Ji88 reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, odds on bets that have already been confirmed will not be affected.

5.4 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error and a bet is placed at those odds, Ji88 reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases, the member will be notified and the original stake will be refunded.

• Game outcomes are entirely fair and not predetermined.

Ji88 reserves the right to immediately terminate an account and forfeit its balance if a member engages in any of the following activities:

• Hacking: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Ji88's systems, software, or security infrastructure.

8.1 Self-Closure by Member

Members can close their account at any time. If requested through Support, the account will be deactivated within 48 hours. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

8.2 Suspension by Ji88

Ji88 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:

• While an alleged rule violation is under investigation
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• Upon detection of suspicious financial transactions
• At the member's own request under the Responsible Gaming policy

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Whether the original deposited balance (excluding any amounts tied to bonus abuse) is returned will be determined after a thorough investigation.
